- Account information: name, phone number, email, password (hashed), profile details
- Booking information: service/package selected, date/time, location, booking notes

When you use the Services, we may collect:
- Device & usage data: device model, OS version, app version, IP address, language, crash logs, diagnostic data
- Approximate location (if enabled) and/or location related to your booking (pickup/service location)

2) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- Create and manage your Tokma account
- Process bookings, send booking confirmations/updates, and help providers deliver services
- Provide customer support and respond to requests
- Improve and secure our Services (fraud prevention, debugging, analytics)
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms
3) SMS/Text Messaging Privacy (Twilio A2P / 10DLC)
A. What SMS we send
If you opt in, Tokma may send transactional text messages such as:
- Account opening and verification (e.g., OTP)
- Booking confirmations, reminders, updates, and cancellations
- Important service/account notifications related to your Tokma activity
B. Consent / Opt-in
End-users consent to receive messages by opting in inside the Tokma App (and/or Tokma web form) when entering a phone number and checking an unchecked consent checkbox describing the SMS types. We may send an OTP to verify the number. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
C. Opt-out / Help
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one final confirmation message. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section. (Carrier filtering and enforcement commonly expect STOP/HELP support.)
D. Message frequency & fees
Message frequency varies based on your activity (e.g., bookings, account verification). Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
E. Links
Tokma SMS messages may include links to open relevant pages in the Tokma App (via deep links/universal links) or to view information online.
F. No sharing of mobile information for marketing
Mobile information (including phone numbers) will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
G. Service providers
We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate SMS delivery and our Services (e.g., messaging platforms, cloud hosting, analytics, customer support tools), strictly to provide services to Tokma and not for their own marketing.
4) How We Share Information (General)
We may share information:
- With providers and customers as needed to fulfill a booking (e.g., names, service location, contact details required for coordination)
- With vendors/service providers who process data on our behalf (hosting, messaging, analytics, support)
- For legal reasons if required by law, court order, or to protect rights/safety, prevent fraud, or enforce our terms
- Business transfers (merger, acquisition, or asset sale), where permitted by law

We retain personal information for as long as needed to:
- Provide the Services
