Tokma is a service marketplace platform that allows users to discover, book, request, and pay for services through our app and web portal. This Privacy Policy also explains how we handle information related to bookings, payments, authorizations, provider payouts, refunds, cancellations, disputes, and service fulfillment.

- Approximate location, if enabled, and/or location related to your booking, ride, delivery, pickup, or service request

- Create, verify, and manage your Tokma account
- Process bookings, service requests, marketplace job posts, ride requests, and provider offers
- Send booking confirmations, reminders, service updates, cancellation notices, refund updates, and payment-related notifications
- Authorize, process, capture, refund, or settle payments
- Support provider payouts and settlement calculations
- Calculate Tokma platform fees, commissions, taxes, processing fees, adjustments, and provider earnings
- Help providers deliver services to users
- Verify provider eligibility, service listings, and payout information
- Provide customer support and respond to user or provider requests
- Review cancellations, refunds, complaints, and disputes
- Maintain transaction records, booking records, audit logs, and service history
- Improve, secure, debug, and analyze our Services

3. Payment and Transaction Information
Tokma may collect and process payment-related information when users book services, post marketplace requests, request rides, accept provider offers, or complete transactions through the platform.
Payment-related information may include:

- Transaction amount
- Authorization amount
- Captured amount
- Payment status
- Refund status
- Cancellation fee, if applicable
- Tokma platform fee or commission
- Provider payout amount

Tokma may use third-party payment processors, merchant service providers, banks, gateways, card networks, ACH providers, wallet providers, fraud-prevention tools, or payout partners to process payments and provider payouts.
Tokma does not store full card numbers or sensitive card authentication data unless permitted and handled through a compliant payment provider. Payment information is processed through approved payment service providers according to their security and compliance standards.
4. Payment Authorization, Capture, and Settlement
Tokma may use payment authorization, capture, or settlement logic depending on the service type.
A. Pre-Booking Model
When a user books a service through Tokma, the user may pay through a card or another supported payment method. The payment may be authorized or collected at the time of booking. After the service is completed or confirmed, Tokma may deduct applicable platform fees and settle the provider’s service fee according to Tokma’s payout schedule.
B. Marketplace / Custom Request Model
When a user posts a job or custom service request, Tokma may authorize an amount related to the expected service value. Providers may receive notifications and submit offers. The user can review and accept an offer. Once the user accepts an offer, the payment may be captured, adjusted, or processed based on the accepted amount and applicable payment provider rules.
C. Ride-Sharing Model
For ride-sharing services, Tokma may authorize the estimated ride amount when the user requests a ride. Once a driver accepts and the ride is completed, Tokma may process the final fare based on distance, time, route, waiting time, dynamic pricing, applicable fees, or other ride-related charges.
5. Provider Payout and Settlement Information
If you are a service provider, vendor, or driver, Tokma may collect and use information necessary to calculate and process your payouts.
This may include:
- Provider profile and verification details
- Bank account or payout method details
- Service category
- Booking or ride completion records
- Gross service earnings
- Tokma platform commission
- Payment processing fees
- Refunds, chargebacks, or adjustments
- Taxes, if applicable
- Net payout amount
- Payout schedule
- Payout status
- Transaction reference ID
- Settlement history
Tokma may share necessary payout information with banks, payment processors, ACH providers, payout partners, or compliance service providers only for the purpose of processing payments, verifying payout eligibility, preventing fraud, complying with law, or maintaining accurate financial records.
6. Tokma Platform Fee and Commission
Tokma may charge a platform commission based on service category, provider type, agreement, or operational requirement. The commission generally ranges from 5% to 8%, depending on the applicable category or business arrangement.

- Provider gross earnings
- Tokma platform commission
- Payment processing fees
- Refunds or adjustments
- Cancellation fees
- Net provider payout
These records may be retained for business, accounting, tax, legal, dispute-resolution, and compliance purposes.
7. Refunds, Cancellations, and Disputes
Tokma may collect and review information related to cancellations, refunds, disputes, failed payments, chargebacks, or service complaints.
This information may include:
- Booking date and time
- Service date and time
- Booking amount
- Reservation ID
- Request ID or ride ID
- Service category
- Customer and provider details
- Payment status
- Provider acceptance record
- Service completion status
- Cancellation reason
- Refund reason

Tokma may use this information to:

8. SMS/Text Messaging Privacy
A. What SMS We Send
If you opt in, Tokma may send transactional text messages such as:
- Account opening and verification messages, including OTP
- Booking confirmations, reminders, updates, and cancellations
- Payment, refund, payout, or service-related updates
- Important service or account notifications related to your Tokma activity
B. Consent / Opt-In
End-users consent to receive messages by opting in inside the Tokma App and/or Tokma web form when entering a phone number and checking an unchecked consent checkbox describing the SMS types. We may send an OTP to verify the number.
Consent is not a condition of purchase.
C. Opt-Out / Help
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may receive one final confirmation message.

D. Message Frequency and Fees
Message frequency varies based on your activity, such as bookings, account verification, payment updates, service updates, and cancellation notices. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.
E. Links
Tokma SMS messages may include links to open relevant pages in the Tokma App through deep links/universal links or to view information online.
F. No Sharing of Mobile Information for Marketing
Mobile information, including phone numbers, will not be shared, sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
All categories of information sharing exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
G. Service Providers
We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate SMS delivery and our Services, such as messaging platforms, cloud hosting, analytics, and customer support tools. This information is shared strictly to provide services to Tokma and not for the service provider’s own marketing.

A. With Users and Providers
We may share necessary information between users and providers to fulfill a booking, service request, ride, or marketplace job. This may include names, service location, pickup or delivery details, contact details required for coordination, booking notes, service details, and service status.
B. With Payment and Financial Service Providers
We may share information with payment processors, merchant service providers, banks, card networks, ACH providers, payout partners, payment gateways, fraud-prevention vendors, and financial compliance providers to:
- Process payments
- Authorize transactions
- Capture payments
- Issue refunds
- Process provider payouts
- Handle disputes or chargebacks
- Verify bank or payout details
- Prevent fraud
- Maintain financial records

Payment, transaction, payout, refund, dispute, and chargeback records may be retained for a longer period where required for compliance, accounting, fraud prevention, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect your information.
These may include access controls, encryption where appropriate, secure hosting, monitoring, authentication controls, audit logs, and restricted access to sensitive information.

Tokma Services are not intended for children under 16 or the minimum age required by local law.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take steps to delete it where required by law.

If you access our Services from outside the country where our servers or service providers are located, your information may be transferred, stored, and processed in those locations in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
By using Tokma Services, you understand that your information may be processed in countries that may have different data protection laws than your country of residence.
